Tax directive not issued to SARS for retrenchment?

My company forgot to do my tax directive when they retrenched me in Sept 2012. Paid me in full the amount. Can I get the company to issue me with a tax directive now?

You can ask them to go back and apply for a directive and resubmit the IRP5 to SARS and then you can submit your return. However you will still need to pay the taxes regardless.
