Still waiting for a refund weeks after receipt of completion letter.

Hi TimI filed my wife's tax return on 20/11/2014. SARS then requested supporting documentation which we provided. In mid December they issued us with a completion letter stating that they would not be amending our return but that they retain the right to do so in the future. This was followed up with a Statement of Account on December 24th. We are yet, however, to receive any refund from SARS. When I log onto e-filing, the status says "Return - data submitted to ITS"I am unsure how best to proceed at this point. Should I continue to wait or is there a contact address I can reach SARS on. I am currently in the UK so visiting a branch is out of the question.Thank youDaniel

It may be that banking details have not been verified or SARS are requesting further information which they often do even after the completion letter has been sent.
