Hem says: 1 March 2016 at 10:33 Yes, Ive been to the offices last year. I was told that my FICA needed to be done - I have now done that. I spoke to the consultant and according to her it was all up to date. I'm still waiting since October 2015. I completed last years tax return and there is still another refund which is also sitting in the queue now. |

Hem says: 6 March 2016 at 18:36 The agent said he escalated and requested they provide more info as to why there is a special block else payment should be released. He said it can take up to 21 working days, so an entire month of waiting. On a side note, cannot wait for TaxTim to get going with sme product, and soon I will be doing my 2016 tax returns with you ;) |
