TaxTim says: 13 July 2017 at 7:04 Did you work during those years? Please go ahead and submit those tax returns nonetheless, SARS are indicating to taxpayers that they must submit regardless. We are making inquiries with SARS and all the relevant tax bodies about this as it is entirely unreasonable. Do you have the IRP5s etc from those years? If not then you need to submit an affidavit stating you do not have any documents and file a tax return stating you earned no income. |
