Is it possible to apply for 5 years tax return?

I haven't claim my tax return since 2010 so is it possible to get all that tax back?

Tax is not something that is given back, you need to have overpaid tax more than you owed in order to receive a refund. Please read our blog about Returns, Rebates and Refunds for a better explanation.
