Information required from SARS to payout refund?

My tax return 2014/2015 was completed on the 5th August 2015. It reflected an amount due to me. Please can you advise me as to when this amount can be expected. Normally I have received payment with in a week. Thank you

Were you asked to submit supporting documents? If not then perhaps you have outstanding returns from previous years which need to be submitted. You can call 0800 00 7277 to find out.
