Hi Tim. If I register as a (PTY) Ltd today, when do I have to start declaring everything to the receiver considering that i'm currently operating as a sole proprietor?

The company would need to show a provisional tax return 6 months after the official year end. So if the year end is February then you would need to file a provisional tax return end August and so on.
