I have resigned from my previous company 30/05/2013 and still do not have a IRP5, what now?

The company owes me a IRP5 for the previous year. They have not submitted for tax year 2012 - 2013 what can I do to force them to submit?

Thanks
Michael

You would need to go into a SARS branch with your payslips and bank statements showing proof of receipt and supporting documents and they will help you submit a return without your IRP5.
