I classified myself incorrectly

I clicked on provisional taxpayer by mistake and I can't find a way to undo. How do I start the process afresh?

You don't need to start afresh, you can click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen (after logging in) to edit your profile. There you will see an option to change between provisional and salaried.
