You can if she is supported by you, however, whose name is the medical aid in?

The medical aid is in her name, but it's clearly listed on the forms that I am responsible for the payment as she is a full time student.

You can claim from SARS, if they ask for proof of verification then provide all this and a letter stating the reasons for you paying, but it being in her name. Also state that you support her and provide the bank statements showing proof of payment. Only if asked for supporting documents of course.
