I HOLD TWO JOBS IN DIFFERENT COMPANIES, BOTH CONTRIBUTE TO UIF, WILL THE EXCESS CONTRIBUTIONS TO UIF BE REFUNDED ON MY TAX RETURNS?

No it will not, only if you ever claim UIF will this be dealt with.
