How to bring savings from abroad back to SA in tax efficient manner?

I worked in the UK for a few years and contributed to a pension fund. I'd like to know what the most tax efficient way is of bringing the money to SA. Also, would there be any tax to be paid in the UK? If so how can that be reduced as well?

Foreign pensions funds are tax free in SA so you should be safe to bring it into SA.
