Employer hasn't paid SARS PAYE - now what?

I just found out that my employer hasn't paid my PAYE contributions to SARS, even though he has been deducting it every month as reflected on my pay slip. What can I do, the tax season will be open soon.

You need to get your employment contract, payslips and bank statements which you will use to prove to SARS that PAYE was deducted. Please also go ahead and phone SARS and report your employer - if you have the PAYE number on your payslip give that to them as well. Starts with a 7.
