Pension payout problem?

Please assist me, I received a pension pay-out in March this year that will fall under the 2016 tax year. But when I do my 2015 tax return the amount comes that I was taxed on comes up in the calculation
'' Retirement fund lump sum withdrawal benefit tax liability'' I owe SARS over R300 000. 00. How can this be am I doing something wrong

Our company provides a contribution towards provident fund based on 15% of basic salary. Does this form part of your taxable income. Were should it be recorded on the IRP5

I currently contribute to a provident fund as well as my employer. My portion is taxable and the employer's not. When I retire I plan on investing in a living annuity, will the income from the living annuity be taxable?

I emailed SARS to enquire why my 2015/2015 tax returns have not been paid to me yet and they replied saying my 2011/2012 tax returns were not submitted so until they receive that then they will be able to pay me. However I received my 2012/2013 tax returns with no problems as well as my 2013/2014 tax returns as well. I got retrenched in Jan 2015 and received R 850 000 and was duly taxed. What is the correct tax I should have paid knowing that the the first R 500 000 is tax free.

Hi. Submit my tax return via SARS eFiling on the 1st of July. I work for saps. I submitted by tax return via SARS eFiling on 7 July 2015. On 9 July 2015 I checked what progress had been made only to find a letter stating that they require documentation for review. My employer does not pay my medical aid, I pay the total contribution myself. I submitted the IRP5 again as well as my medical aid tax certificate and RA tax certificate. I am receiving income from living annuity, approx R2000.00 per month and an additional R375.00 fixed amount from a retirement annuity. I also am still earning a salary over the threshold limit. I include this in my total earnings, although this is not rental, or trade related. Is this the correct procedure? I am then taxed on the full amount. I am pensionable age.

I pay medical aid contributions, but my wife is the main member and currently does not get an income

Does an IT3(B) interest received mean that you will receive that amount after declaring your tax? I received the ir3b from gepf requesting that I add it to my tax submission.

Provident fund doesnt work on my return???

When I looked at my ITA34 Statement, it looks like my provident fund didnt pull though meaning it didnt get assesed amd calculated, now I owe SARS money. Is there a way of checking that out?
