I have submitted my 2015 tax return and they won't pay me until I have done my 2013 tax return. I worked at a different company in 2013 and never received an IRP5 from them. I contacted them to get my IRP5 from 2013 and they can't give it to me. What do I do now?

You could request your 2013 Tax Return online via SARS eFiling and your 2013 IRP5 may already be populated in there.

If not, you can go to your local police stations and Swear an affidavit stating the reasons why you are unable to obtain an IRP5.

You can take this to SARS together with payslips or bank statements you may have which justify your earnings for this year.
